  • Tobbarx® PPA

    Tobbarx® PPA has remarkable properties of good tensile strength, high flexural modulus, creep resistance, dimensional stability, and so on. It remains strong mechanical properties even at high temperatures and highly humid conditions, and shows good resistance to gasoline, oil and coolant.


    According to scientific formula, our technical experts innovated Tobbarx® PPA by adding glass fiber, glass beads, carbon fiber, aramid fiber, PTFE, minerals, graphite, metal powder, molybdenum disulfide, stainless steel fiber, carbon nanotubes, silicone oil and additives. Tobbarx® PPA can substitute some metals, such as copper, iron, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and titanium alloy. Since Tobbarx® PPA can be filled with up to 60% glass fiber or 40% carbon fiber, the modified PPA material has very strong mechanical strength whcih is suitable for making all kinds of structural parts.

  • Tobbarx® PAR

    Tobbarx® PAR is a kind of thermoplastic engineered plastic with good heat resistance (which can be used

    constantly at wide-ranged temperatures from -70℃ to +180℃) and flame retardancy. Polyarylester's softening temperature and thermal decomposition temperature (443℃) are at totally varied values, with a large temperature diffenrence, so we can adopt heating and melting processes like injection, extrusion and blow molding to produce Tobbarx® PAR.Tobbarx® PAR can offer excellent mechanical and electrical properties, impact resistance, weatherability, creep resistance, dimensional stability and so on. It can resist general organic drugs, oils and fats, and ordinary dilute acids, except ammonia, concentrated sulfuric acid and alkali. It is soluble in halogenated hydrocarbons and phenols.

     

    Tobbarx® PAR has great mechanical strength, suitable for producing structural parts. When reinforced with carbon fiber or glass fiber, it can replace some metals, such as copper, iron, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and titanium alloy.

  • Tobbarx® PA4T

    Tobbarx® PA4T series features high melting point (325 °C), high glass transition temperature (125 °C), high heat distortion temperature (310 °C) and relative tracking index of 600 (PLC level 0). As a result, the moisture sensitivity level of Tobbarx® PA4T can reach Level 2 (MSL JEDEC 2), and its flowability is higher than that of any halogen-free PPA material. The pure resin used to reinforce Adhaness® PA4T is produced by Royal DSM in Holland.


    By scientifically adding some substances like carbon fiber, glass fiber, glass bead, aramid fiber, PTFE, minerals, graphite, metal powder, molybdenum disulfide, stainless steel fiber, carbon nanotubes, silicone oil, addictives into the resin material and perfectly combine them together, our technical experts gained a series of modified Tobbarx® PA4T which can easily substitute the function of some kinds of metals such as copper, iron, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, and titanium alloy and etc.

  • Tobbarx® PARA

    Tobbarx® PARA is a quality plastic combining high strength and beautiful exterior, very suitable for producing complex parts demanding for both the overall strength and smooth and beautiful surface. Even when Tobbarx® PARA is filled with a large amount of glass fiber (up to 60%), the resin-rich surface is still smooth enough to exhibit as high gloss as that of the plastic without glass fiber. The addition makes it unique from ordinary plastics and suitable for painting or metal coating and reflecting natural lights. And this creates the condition for Tobbarx® PARA to be the plastic of ultra-high strength.

  • Tobbarx® PA46

    Tobbarx® PA46 is a kind of aliphatic polyamide poly-condensed from butanediamine and adipic acid. Similar to the molecular structure of nylon 66 though, there are more amide groups on each length-given amide chain on Tobbarx® PA46 and the chain structure is more symmetrical. The highly symmetrical chain makes crystallinity higher (about 70%) and crystallization faster. Therefore, the melting point is higher (295℃), and the thermal deformation temperature higher too. The continuous use temperature (CUT, 5000hours) can reach 163℃. As a result, Tobbarx® PA46 enjoys better resistance to heat, and better mechanical strength and abrasion resistance under high temperature, compared with other engineered plastics such as PA6, PA66 and polyester. What’s more, its molding cycle is short, and processing more economical.
