• Eaxxilt® TPE

  Eaxxilt® TPE, as a thermoplastic elastomer, is of high elasticity, soft touch, excellent weatherability, and fatigue and heat resistance. It is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, and supports injection processing. It can be easily colored, applied in various fields and reused to reduce the costs. Eaxxilt® TPE can be cladded with PP, PE, PC, PS, ABS and other matrix materials after secondary injection molding, or molded separately. Because Eaxxilt® TPE does not require heat vulcanization process, so we can use common plastic processing equipment for TPE production, which helps to shorten the production process by 1/4, save energy by 10 to 20 times, and improve production efficiency by 25% to 40%. It is another witness of material and technology revolution in the rubber industry.

• Eaxxilt® TEEE

  Eaxxilt® TEEE, also called an ether ester thermoplastic elastomer, is a block copolymer containing a hard block of phenyl ester and a soft block of a polyether diol. It embodies rubbers’ excellent elasticity and thermoplastics’ applaudable characteristics. It boasts good processability, creep resistance, excellent toughness and resilience, wide-ranged hardness, and resistance to chemical, oil and solvent erosion. And it can be processed with injection, extrusion, and blow molding methods. Among all kinds of TPE, the poly ether ester has the widest range of use temperature from -65℉ to 285℉ (-55℃ to 140℃) , with the hardness ranging from 30HD to 82HD.

• Eaxxilt® TPV

  Eaxxilt® TPV is a high molecular elastomer that highly vulcanized EPDM particles disperse in continuous PP phases.

  At ambient temperature, the physical properties and functions of Eaxxilt® TPV are similar to those of thermosetting rubbers. It exhibits thermoplastic properties at high temperatures and can be processed rapidly, economically and conveniently. Eaxxilt® TPV elastomer/rubber is created by making EPDM particles, smaller than 2 microns, disperse in PP matrix through vulcanization. This process helps to maintain and combine the excellent properties of rubber and plastic to get the elastomer of excellent comprehensive performance.

• Eaxxilt® TES

  Eaxxilt® TES, a styrene thermoplastic elastomer, is one of the most widely used thermoplastic elastomer, as it can be mixed with many other materials, such as fillers, extenders, modifiers, etc. This kind of mixing can change some properties of target material in accordance with customer demands, such as stickiness, rigidity, softening temperature and cohesive strength. Therefore, styrene elastomer has a wide range of applications. In contrast, styrene block copolymer is rarely used in single form.

• Eaxxilt® TPUT

  Eaxxilt® TPUT is a kind of polyester TPU, which has excellent tensile and flexural properties, resistance to abrasion, solvents and heat.

  
  

  Eaxxilt® TPUT has a wide hardness range (60HA-85HD). The outstanding properties of oil resistance, transparency and good elasticity enable it to be widely used in daily necessities, sporting goods, toys, and decorative materials. Halogen free flame retardant TPU can replace the soft PVC to meet the increasing requirements of environmental protection in various fields.
